“I used to take refuge in colors, in shapes when I was seeking shelter from the ugliness of the world around me. At university, I would buy myself painting canvases; it was my happy time. In London, however, I used to hang out with artists in the evenings: during these years I organized my first exhibition, in the country, and I told myself that this could really be my path”

"Art more than ever is capable of capturing the world and making it intelligible to people in ways that are not always linear, and perhaps for this very reason so effective. Art encapsulates the essence of what is going on around, it opens horizons wide and allows people to discover what exists: it is a necessity, like breathing deeply.”

“After all, I've always imagined this place as a place where anyone can feel welcome, not a stranger: during the openings I welcome people as if they were entering my home, taking time to tell about the works even to those who are not from the scene.”

Matthew Noble (Milan, Italy, 1993) graduated in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Glasgow. In 2018, while living in London, he decided to found the itinerant project ArtNoble with the aim of providing a platform dedicated exclusively to the promotion of emerging artists. In 2021, ArtNoble gallery opened its first permanent exhibition space in Milan in the Lambrate neighborhood. Over the years, it has curated various group and solo exhibitions.
