In any case, Shopify provides guarantees concerning the collection, use, and storage of personal data of data subjects residing in the European Economic Area, as declared on https://it.shopify.com/legal/privacy.  As for the transfer of personal data to Canada, such data is protected by PIPEDA, the Canadian privacy law for the private sector, deemed adequate by the European Commission through an adequacy decision. Regarding data transfer to the United States, Shopify adopts so-called “binding corporate rules” under Article 47 of Regulation (EU) 2016/67. In any case, this transfer may be considered necessary for concluding and executing a contract between the User/Customer and Cancellato S.r.l., Società Benefit & StartUp Innovativa (for purchasing goods offered on the Website), pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
